Summary
Eelnõu kohaselt suureneb Eesti kvoot kvoodiülevaatuse järel 121,8 miljonilt IMFi arveldusühiku SDRi võrra, see on umbes 150 miljonit eurot. Kokku saab Eesti kvoot olema 365,4 miljonit SDRi ehk umbes 450 miljonit eurot, mis on aluseks Eestile kriisi korral antava laenumahu arvestamisel. SDRi väärtuse aluseks on viiest valuutast koosnev korv, kuhu kuuluvad USA dollar, euro, inglise nael, jaapani jeen ja hiina jüaan. Kvoodisuurenduse maksab IMFile Eesti Pank, seetõttu pole sel mõju riigieelarvele. Kuni Eesti ei vaja IMFi laenu, ei mõjuta kvoodisuurendus ka Eesti Panga bilanssi.
