Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse ettepanek langetada 5-le protsendile toidukaupade, jookide ja muude selliste inimestele tarbimiseks mõeldud toorainete (välja arvatud alkohol ja tubakatooted) ja nende valmistamiseks või säilitamiseks kasutatavate maitseainete, säilitusainete, värv- ja muude lisaainete käibemaks. Samuti tehakse ettepanek langetada 5-le protsendile sööda- ja segasööda ning nende valmistamiseks kasutatavate tooraine- ja lisaaine, loomade toiduainena kasutatavate tööstuse jäätmed ning sööda tooraine käibemaks. Veel tehakse ettepanek langetada 5-le protsendile ka restorani- ja toitlustusteenuste käibemaks.
