Summary
Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et tulenevalt juhtimisvigade tõsidusest ning Nordicasse varasematel perioodidel suunatud märkimisväärsetest investeeringutest, on vajalik koheselt moodustada Riigikogu uurimiskomisjon. Uurimiskomisjoni enda usaldusväärsuse ja laiapõhjalisuse tagamiseks peaks sinna kuuluma igast Riigikogu fraktsioonist vähemalt üks esindaja.
