Eelnõu näeb ette nimetada Põhjamaade Investeerimispanga kontrollkomiteesse Eesti esindajaks 2022. aasta 1. juunist kuni 2024. aasta 31. maini Aivar Kokk. Kontrollkomitee moodustatakse eesmärgiga tagada panga tegevuse vastavus põhikirjale. Kontrollkomitee vastutab panga raamatupidamisdokumentide auditeerimise eest ning esitab panga nõukogule iga-aastase audiitori järeldusotsuse.
