Summary
Venemaa tegevus, pidades jätkuvalt vallutussõda Euroopas, rikkudes massiliselt inimõigusi ja õhutades rahvustevahelist vaenu, on lubamatu ja õigustamatu. Samal ajal eksisteerivad meie riigi territooriumil olematu väärtusega, kuid jõuliselt vene imperialismi- ja sõjapoliitikat õigustavad mälestusmärgid. Seoses eelöelduga tuleks valitsusel luua õiguslikud alused, millised võimaldavad korrektselt teisaldada avalikust ruumist, sealhulgas omavalitsuste territooriumitelt mälestusmärgid, millised on otseselt seotud Eesti Vabariiki okupeerinud vene armee tegevuse õigustamise, kiitmise, tänamise või heroiseerimisega ning vastavad mälestusmärgid avalikust ruumist eemaldada.
