Riigikogu otsus "Ettepaneku tegemine Vabariigi Valitsusele mitte toetada Euroopa Liidu lepingu 7. artikli rakendamist Poola Vabariigi suhtes"

Summary

Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et 1. märtsil 2018. aastal toetas Euroopa Parlament häältega 422:147 resolutsiooni, milles kutsutakse üles rakendama Euroopa Liidu lepingu artikkel 7 raames sanktsioone Poola Vabariigi suhtes seoses riigis läbiviidava kohtureformiga. Kuna Eesti Vabariigi valitsus ei ole siiani kujundanud kindlat seisukohta Euroopa Parlamendi resolutsiooni suhtes, kutsutakse antud otsuse eelnõuga valitsust üles mitte toetama Euroopa Liidu lepingu 7. artikli rakendamist Poola Vabariigi suhtes. Juhtivkomisjoniks määrati väliskomisjon.
