Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse ettepanek valitsusele tulla välja uue toetusmeetmete paketiga kõrgete energiahindade hüvitamiseks eesootavaks kütteperioodiks alates 2022. aasta septembrist kuni 2023. aasta maini nii kodutarbijatele kui juriidilistele isikutele. Eelnõuga tehakse ettepanek kaotada lõpptarbijatele mainitud perioodiks elektrienergia ja maagaasi võrgutasud ning määrata kaugkütte-, elektri-, ja gaasihinnale lagi 2021. aasta esimese poolaasta taseme järgi ning hüvitada ajavahemikul 2022. aasta september – 2023. aasta mai kõigile elektri lõpptarbijatele 80% kaugkütte-, elektri-, ja gaasihinnale määratud hinnalage ületavast osast.
