Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele teepanek algatada käibemaksuseaduse § 15 muutmine, millega valdkonna eest vastutava ministri määrusega kehtestatud nimekirjas nimetatud ravim, sanitaar- ja hügieenitoode ning puudega isiku isiklikuks tarbeks mõeldud meditsiiniseade meditsiiniseadme seaduse tähenduses ja abivahend sotsiaalhoolekande seaduse tähenduses ja sellise abivahendi kasutada andmine puudega isikule on maksustatud nullprotsendilise käibemaksuga.
