Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek töötada välja seaduseelnõu, millega kehtestatakse Eestis astmeline tulumaks alates 1. juulist 2026. Eelnõu kohaselt asendatakse senine ühetaoline tulumaksusüsteem astmelise süsteemiga. Tulumaksu astmed ja määrad määratakse selliselt, et madalama sissetulekuga isikute maksukoormus väheneks, samas kui kõrgema sissetulekuga isikute panus suureneks.
