Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek töötada välja seaduseelnõu, millega kehtestatakse ajutine solidaarsusmaks Eesti pangandussektorile aastateks 2026–2028. Maksu määr oleks 30% panga aastasest kasumist. Juhul, kui pank lõpetab majandusaasta kahjumiga, väheneb järgneva aasta solidaarsusmaks vastavalt kahjumi määrale.
