Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek taotleda Euroopa Liidult erandit Eesti jagamiseks kaheks eraldi piirkonnaks Eurostati territoriaalüksuste liigituse alusel ning muuta Eesti lähtekohti Euroopa Liidu 2021-2027 eelarveperioodi läbirääkimisteks. Ettepanekut põhjendatakse, et see võimaldab eurotoetuste tõhusamat kasutamist ning suurte sotsiaal-majanduslike erinevuste vähendamist Tallinna regiooni ja muu Eesti vahel.
