Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette muuta vastavalt Riigikogu 2022. aasta 7. detsembri otsust. Muudatuse tulemusel pikendatakse alates 2023. aasta 1. jaanuarist Riigikogu 2021. aasta 8. detsembri otsuses sätestatud Kaitseväe kasutamise tähtaega Eesti riigi rahvusvaheliste kohustuste täitmisel Ameerika Ühendriikide juhitaval rahvusvahelisel sõjalisel operatsioonil Inherent Resolve 2023. aasta 31. detsembrini ning suurendatakse Kaitseväe isikkoosseisu ülempiiri sellel operatsioonil kuni 110 kaitseväelaseni. Selleks sätestatakse eelnõus punktis 1 Riigikogu otsuse uus terviktest ning vastavalt muudetakse punkti 2.
