Summary
Eelnõu kohaselt moodustatakse Riigikogu uurimiskomisjon, mille ülesandeks on süstemaatiliselt välja selgitada ja analüüsida välisriikide Eesti huvide vastast mõjutustegevust, selle rahastamise viise, seotust Eesti avaliku sektoriga ning erinevaid propagandaprojekte koos nendega kaasnevate riskidega. Algatajate hinnangul on välisriikide Eesti huvide vastane mõjutustegevus osa laiematest strateegiatest, mille eesmärk on nõrgendada Eesti riigi julgeolekut ja vastupanuvõimet. Selline tegevus on suunatud Eesti elanikkonna ja ühiskondliku sidususe vastu ning levitab narratiive, mis kahjustavad Eesti riiki ja tema liitlasi.
