Summary
Eelnõu eesmärgiks on suunata valitsust looma püsiv rahastus jääteede rajamiseks ja hooldamiseks ning kehtestada valmisoleku rahastamismudel, mis võimaldab jääteid edaspidi avada kiiresti ja ohutult. Selle eesmärgi täitmiseks on oluline, et jääteede valmisoleku ja avamise kulud oleksid eraldi eelarvereana sätestatud riigieelarves viisil, mis ei vähenda riigiteede tavapärast tee- ja korrashoiu rahastust.
