Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek töötada välja meetmed laste huvihariduse kättesaadavuse parandamiseks, mis võimaldaksid paremat ligipääsu huviharidusele. Seletuskirjas märgitakse, et Eesti inimarengu aruanne 2026 „Haridus ühiskonna peeglis“ toob ühe fookusena välja huvihariduse kättesaadavuse probleemid. Huviharidust ei võeta Eestis veel piisavalt olulise osana haridussüsteemist, kuigi huviharidust ei tohiks kuidagi võtta lihtsalt vaba aja veetmise viisina, vaid kogu ühiskonda turvalisemaks ja paremaks tegeva ennetusmeetmena.
