Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek tõsta toimetulekupiiri vähemalt 350 euroni kuus. Kehtiva seaduse kohaselt on üksi elava isiku või perekonna esimese liikme toimetulekupiir 220 eurot. Igale järgnevale täiskasvanud pereliikmele on toimetulekupiir 176 eurot ja igale alaealisele lapsele 264 eurot. Viimastel aastatel on toimetulekupiiri tõstetud kahel korral - 200 euroni juunis 2022 ja 220 euroni 1. jaanuarist 2026 käesoleva aasta riigieelarvega.
