Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek töötada välja terviklik, õigusselge ja finantssüsteemi seisukohalt läbimõeldud seadusandlik lahendus, mis võimaldaks kasutada teise pensionisambasse kogutud vara kodu soetamise omafinantseeringu või tagatisena. Lahendus peab olema üles ehitatud nii, et inimene ei peaks kodu ostmiseks teisest pensionisambast lahkuma ega pensionivara täielikult välja võtma, vaid saaks kasutada kogutud vara sihipäraselt ja vastutustundlikult oma kodu soetamise toetamiseks.
