Summary
Eelnõu teeb valitsusele ettepaneku töötada välja ühtsed seadusandlikud piirangud nutiseadmete kasutamise kohta koolides. Otsuse eelnõu seab selge fookuse koolides nutiseadmete kasutamise kohta. Juba täna on väga suur hulk Eesti koole piiranud nutiseadmete kasutamist koolides, aga selle rakendamine ei ole olnud ühtlane. Samas uuringud näitavad ja kinnitavad, et liigne ekraaniaeg, sobimatu sisu, sõltuvusmehhanismid ning privaatsusohud mõjutavad laste vaimset tervist, keskendumisvõimet ja üldist heaolu.
