Summary
Eelnõu teeb valitsusele ettepaneku töötada välja tegevuskava laste ja noorte vaimse tervise abi kättesaadavuse parandamiseks ning lapsevanemate toetamiseks laste nutiseadmete ja sotsiaalmeedia kasutuse piiramisel. Eesmärk on tagada, et lapsed ja noored saaksid vajalikku vaimse tervise abi enne kriitilise seisundi või erakorralise abi vajaduse tekkimist, ning pakkuda lapsevanematele praktilist tuge laste digikeskkonna kasutuse piiramisel.
