Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette moodustada erakondade ülene uurimiskomisjon kaitsevaldkonna finantsjuhtimise, lepinguliste kohustuste ja riigivara haldamise asjaolude uurimiseks. Komisjon moodustatakse Riigikogus esindatud erakondade võrdse esindatuse printsiibist lähtudes. Sellest tulenevalt kuulub komisjoni igast fraktsioonist üks liige. Uurimiskomisjoni moodustamise eesmärk selgitada välja Riigikontrolli poolt Kaitseministeeriumi valitsemisalas tuvastatud tõsiste puuduste asjaolud ja põhjused ning teostada parlamentaarset kontrolli riigi raha ja vara kasutamise üle.
