Les troisième à cinquième alinéas de l’article L. 5125-21 du code de la santé publique sont remplacés par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Par dérogation au deuxième alinéa, ce délai d'un an peut être renouvelé une fois par décision du directeur général de l'agence régionale de santé lorsque l'absence du pharmacien titulaire se justifie par son état de santé. »
