Après le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 34‑9-3 du code des postes et des communications électroniques, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les fournisseurs d’accès à internet activent de manière automatique le dispositif mentionné au premier alinéa du présent I, dès lors qu’il s’agit de fournir un abonnement téléphonique à un mineur de moins de 15 ans. »
