Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Par dérogation, il est prévu que le président exerçant des fonctions dirigeantes exécutives élues au sein d’une fédération sportive continentale et internationale soit autorisé à soumettre à l’assemblée générale la possibilité d’être candidat à un quatrième et dernier mandat. ».
