Summary

La section 2 du chapitre V du titre II du livre II du code de commerce est ainsi modifiée : 1° Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 225‑30‑2 est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Une fraction de ce temps de formation est effectuée au sein de l’entreprise ou d’une entreprise qui lui est liée. » ; 2° À l’article L. 225‑80, après le mot : « contestations », sont insérés les mots : « , à la formation ».
