Titre I er bis Dispositions renforçant la protection des personnes contre les violences sexuelles Article 2 ter Après le premier alinéa des articles 222‑22 et 222‑23 du code pénal, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « L’absence de réaction, sous quelque forme que ce soit, de la personne sur laquelle les faits sont commis, qu’elle soit consciente ou inconsciente, n’est pas constitutive de son consentement. »
