Summary

I. – Après le mot : « médicale », rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 2 : « : « 1° Au bénéfice d’un enfant conçu à partir de gamètes issus du don ou au bénéfice du donneur de gamètes ; « 2°  (nouveau)  Au bénéfice d’une personne majeure conçue à partir de gamètes issus du don, qui en aurait connaissance, avant de s’unir civilement. » II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 48, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « III  bis  (nouveau) . – Au second alinéa de l’article 16‑8 du code civil, après le mot : « thérapeutique », sont insérés les mots : « ou d’union civile, » ».
