Après l’alinéa 6, insérer l’alinéa suivant : «  c) Est ajoutée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « En aucun cas, la décote, exprimée en euros par m² de surface de plancher de logement social ne peut dépasser un plafond qui tient compte de chaque zone géographique mentionnée à l’article R. 304‑1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation, fixé par décret. » ; »
