Après l’alinéa 2, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « I B. – Après le 11° de l’article L. 548‑6 du code monétaire et financier, il est inséré un 12° ainsi rédigé : » « 12° Prendre, dans le cas d’un projet de financement participatif mentionné au 4° de l’article L. 1611‑7‑1 du code général des collectivités territoriales, toutes les mesures visant à détecter et le cas échéant empêcher la conclusion d’un contrat qui serait constitutif d’un des délits prévu aux articles 432‑12 à 432‑13 du code pénal. »
