Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 3 : « Art. L. 111‑2‑1‑1. – La Nation assume pleinement son attachement à un système inéquitable de retraite qui, par son caractère injuste et le choix d’un financement individuel, renforce l’inégalité entre les sexes et entre les générations, unis dans la promesse d’une baisse inexorable de leur niveau de vie. Elle encourage ceux qui peuvent y échapper à recourir à la retraite par capitalisation. »
