Rédiger ainsi cet article : « Après l’article 226‑4‑2 du code pénal, il est inséré un article 226‑4‑3 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 226‑4-3 . – La distribution à domicile d’imprimés papiers ou cartonnés à visée commerciale non adressés, lorsque l’autorisation de les recevoir ne fait pas l’objet d’une mention expresse et visible sur la boîte aux lettres ou le réceptacle du courrier, est punie d’une amende de 30 000 € pour une personne physique et de 75 000 € pour une personne morale. « Les dispositions du présent article entrent en vigueur un an et six mois après la promulgation de la présente loi. »
