L’article L. 341‑5 du code forestier est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, les mots : « peut être » sont remplacés par le mot : « est » ; 2° Il est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « II. – Lorsqu’elle vise à étendre l’urbanisation, l’autorisation de défrichement n’est délivrée qu’à la condition que le projet pour lequel le défrichement est sollicité ne puisse être réalisé, même à un coût supérieur, sur un terrain déjà artificialisé. »
