Summary
I. – Compléter l’alinéa 2 par la phrase suivante : « Cette expérimentation est mise en place dans les établissements mentionnés au premier alinéa : » II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa 2, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° Soit situés dans une zone touristique internationale définie au II de l’article L. 3132‑24 du code du travail ; « 2° Soit situés dans l’un des dix départements, dont un situé en outre-mer, déterminés par décret et caractérisés par un niveau élevé d’atteintes aux biens. »
