I. – Après l’alinéa 1, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « 1° A Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 225‑53 est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Il détermine à cette fin un processus de sélection qui garantit jusqu'à son terme la présence d’au moins une personne de chaque sexe parmi les candidats. » » II. –En conséquence, après l’alinéa 3, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « 3° Le dernier alinéa de l'article L. 225‑58 est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Il détermine à cette fin un processus de sélection qui garantit jusqu'à son terme la présence d’au moins une personne de chaque sexe parmi les candidats. » »
