Summary

Le code rural et de la pêche maritime est ainsi modifié : 1° Au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 800‑1, après les mots : « santé publique, » sont insérés les mots : « de bien-être animal, » ; 2° Après l’article L. 810‑1, il est inséré un article L. 810‑1‑1 ainsi rédigé :  «  Art. L. 810‑1‑1. – À l’issue de leur formation, les élèves, étudiants apprentis et stagiaires, reçoivent une attestation certifiant qu’ils ont bénéficié d’une sensibilisation au bien-être animal. » 3° Après le 5° de l’article L. 811‑1, il est inséré un 6° ainsi rédigé :  « 6° Ils contribuent à la sensibilisation du bien-être animal et à la lutte contre la maltraitance des animaux. »
