Après les mots :  « présidé par » rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 15 : « le bâtonnier. Si l’avocat mis en cause en fait la demande, le conseil de discipline est alors présidé par un magistrat du siège de la cour d’appel, en activité ou honoraire, désigné par le premier président. Le magistrat honoraire président du conseil de discipline ne peut siéger au delà de la date de son soixante et onzième anniversaire. »
