Après l’alinéa 4, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « « En cas d’abandon d’un projet au regard des dispositions prévues par le présent article, une discussion est ouverte autour des acteurs locaux et du représentant de l’État afin d’envisager avec toutes les parties prenantes les meilleures perspectives d’avenir pour la zone où était prévue le projet initial, en prenant notamment acte des impératifs environnementaux, économiques, sociaux et d’attractivité du territoire. » »
