Summary
La deuxième phrase du 7° du IV de l’article 20 de la loi n° 78‑17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés est ainsi modifié : « 1° Le montant : « 20 millions » est remplacé par le nombre : « 40 millions » ; « 2° Le taux : « 4 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 8 % ».
