Après l’article L. 581‑4 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un article L. 581‑4‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 581‑4‑1.  – I. – Toute publicité d’un bien ou service faisant l’objet d’une évaluation environnementale obligatoire fait figurer la notation dudit bien ou service. « II. – Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les conditions d’application du présent article et les sanctions applicables en cas d’infraction. »
