Summary
Substituer à l’alinéa 6 les trois alinéas suivants : « 3° Le dernier alinéa de l’article 118 est ainsi modifié : « a) Après la première occurrence du mot : « instruction », sont insérés les mots : « et lorsque la gravité ou la complexité de l’affaire le justifie » ; « b) Les mots : « se dessaisit » sont remplacés par les mots : « peut se dessaisir, d’office ou sur réquisition du procureur de la République, » ; ».
