I. – Après l’alinéa 18, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° bis Après le I, il est inséré un I bis ainsi rédigé : « I bis . – Pour l’application en Nouvelle-Calédonie des dispositions mentionnées au I, à l’article L. 1122‑2, les mots : « recherche biomédicale » sont remplacés par les mots : « recherche impliquant la personne humaine ». II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 19, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « aa ) Le g du 2° est abrogé ; ».
