I. – À l'alinéa 3, substituer aux mots : « la liste prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 442‑9, complétée, le cas échéant, » sont remplacés par les mots : « une liste fixée » » les mots : « figurant sur la liste prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 442‑9, complétée, le cas échéant, par décret, » sont supprimés ». II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « 5° Il est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le présent article n’est pas applicable aux produits relevant du régime de l’article L. 441‑2‑1 du présent code figurant sur une liste fixée par décret. »
