Après l’alinéa 10, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 4° bis En garantissant le respect du principe « pas d’interdiction sans solution » dans toute décision ou mesure législative relative au secteur agricole et en assurant que toute restriction ou interdiction est accompagnée d’une solution alternative viable permettant de préserver la souveraineté agricole du pays et protégeant les agriculteurs de toute concurrence déloyale au niveau européen et international ; ».
