Summary

Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « La stratégie mentionnée au premier alinéa fixe un objectif de surfaces laissées en libre évolution représentant 10 % de l’ensemble du territoire national et des espaces maritimes sous souveraineté ou juridiction française d’ici 2030. Une zone en libre évolution correspond à une zone sans activité humaine intrusive ou extractive et sans habitat permanent. Un décret précise la définition et les modalités de mise en œuvre de la surface laissée en libre évolution mentionnée au présent alinéa. »
