Après l’alinéa 15, insérer les deux alinéas suivants :  « IV  bis . – L’article L. 3314‑4 du code du travail est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Lorsque la période de calcul est annuelle, l’accord d’intéressement peut être conclu jusqu’au dernier jour du neuvième mois qui suit la date de clôture de l’exercice précédent. Sans préjudice des dispositions du premier alinéa, l’accord doit alors être conclu pour une durée minimum de deux ans. » »
