I. – À l’alinéa 2, substituer aux mots : « trois ans d’emprisonnement et à 45 000 euros d’amende » les mots : « cinq ans d’emprisonnement et à 75 000 euros d’amende » II. – En conséquence, compléter le même alinéa 2 par la phrase suivante : « La juridiction ne peut prononcer une peine d’emprisonnement d’une durée inférieure à trois ans et à 45 000 euros d’amende que par une décision spécialement motivée. »
