Summary

I. – Rédiger ainsi la première phrase de l’alinéa 17 : « Le bénéficiaire peut renoncer à ce droit à tout moment, sans frais ». II. – En conséquence, à la deuxième phrase du même alinéa, substituer au mot : « résiliation » le mot : « renoncement ». III. – En conséquence, procéder à la même substitution à la fin de l'avant-dernière phrase dudit alinéa. IV. – En conséquence, à la dernière phrase du même alinéa, substituer aux mots : « une résiliation » les mots : « un renoncement ».
