I. – À l’alinéa 43, supprimer les mots : « de l’année ou des années ultérieures ». II. – En conséquence, après la deuxième occurrence du mot : « régimes », compléter l’alinéa 43 par le mot : «, applicables : ». III. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 43, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : «  a) soit à l’année, «  b) soit à l’année ainsi qu'à une ou plusieurs années ultérieures, «  c) soit à des années ultérieures, à condition qu’elles présentent un caractère permanent ; ».
