Rédiger ainsi cet article : « L’article L. 2212‑8 du code de la santé publique est ainsi modifié : « 1° Après le premier alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Un pharmacien n’est jamais tenu de délivrer des produits permettant de réaliser une interruption volontaire de grossesse. » ; « 2° Après le deuxième alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Aucun étudiant de professions de médecin, sage-femme, infirmier ou infirmière, et auxiliaire médical, n’est tenu de suivre la formation pratique correspondante. »
