Après l’alinéa 7, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « IV quater . – Les normes qui ne sont pas rendues d’application obligatoire en application du second alinéa du II du présent article bénéficient de la protection instituée au profit des œuvres de l’esprit par les articles L. 122‑4 et L. 335‑2 du code de la propriété intellectuelle. »
