Summary

I. – Après l'alinéa 16, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « La formation spécialisée ou à défaut, le comité, est réunie par son président à la suite de tout accident mettant en cause l’hygiène ou la sécurité ou ayant pu entraîner des conséquences graves. » II. – En conséquence, après les alinéas 47, 101 et 129, procéder à la même insertion. III. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 18, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « La formation spécialisée, si elle existe, est réunie par son président à la suite de tout accident mettant en cause l’hygiène ou la sécurité ou ayant pu entraîner des conséquences graves. » IV. – En conséquence, après les alinéas 85, 87 et 131, procéder à la même insertion.
